A lo largo de mi vida profesional, en el area de la docencia, uno de los mayores retos que se me presentó fue como lograr que mis estudiantes pudieran entender y aprender las Matemáticas, Fisica y Contabilidad.
A pesar de los estudios y capacitaciones que un docente puede alcanzar, el arte de enseñar es un don que se debe cultivar y desarrollar a traves de la experiencia y el trabajo constante.
Una persona puede hacer el esfuerzo de transmitir sus conocimientos a un grupo determinado de estudiantes, pero si estos no logran conectarse con el tema a tal punto que el interes por entender y aprender no logren diferenciarlo, es entonces cuando se ha logrado un primer paso para lograr el objetivo final de enseñar.

Throughout my professional life, in the area of teaching, one of the biggest challenges that was presented to me was how to get my students to understand and learn Mathematics, Physics and Accounting.
Despite the studies and trainings a teacher can achieve, the art of teaching is a gift that must be cultivated and developed through experience and constant work.
A person can make the effort to pass on his knowledge to a certain group of students, but if students fail to connect with the subject to such an extent that the interest in understanding and learning does not differentiate him, that is when a first step has been achieved to achieve the ultimate goal of teaching.
Una vez encendido ese interés se inicia el camino para alcanzar que el estudiante sea capaz de conectar los conocimientos transmitidos con situaciones reales y propias de su vida diaria.
Es importante resaltar, que cuando visualizamos un concepto de tal forma que este a nuestro alcance, es mucho más fácil que permanezca en tu mente y lo recuerdes con mayor facilidad.
Es muy común escuchar y leer estudiantes que se quejan de como pueden entender reglas, principios, funciones, lineamientos, politicas, entre otros; que no logran entender su razón de ser.
Todo esto tiene sentido, cuando lo miras desde el asiento del estudiante, lo que no entiendes o comprendes como algo que esta al alcance de tu mano, es muy dificil que lo retengas y aprendas realmente.
Sin embargo, esto no quiere decir que dichos conocimientos no se puedan mantener en nuestra memoria de una forma momentanea pero que no permanecerá en el tiempo.
Otra de las muchas consecuencia de memorizar sin entender es que no se le dé el uso y utilidad adeacuada.
En este sentido, durante muchos años utilizo metodologias adaptativas a cada grupo de estudiante orientada a incentivar el interes por aprender y utilizar esos conocimientos desde el momento mismo que son adquiridos en aras de lograr la captación y fijación de los mismos en cada uno de mis estudiantes.

It is important to note that when we visualize a concept in such a way that it is within our reach, it is much easier for it to stay in your mind and remember it more easily.
It is very common to listen and read students who complain about how they can understand rules, principles, functions, guidelines, politicians, among others; who fail to understand their raison d'eer.
All of this makes sense, when you look at it from the student's seat, which you don't understand or understand as something that's at your fingertips, it's very difficult for you to hold back and really learn.
However, this does not mean that such knowledge cannot be kept in our memory in a momentary way but will not remain in time.
Another of the many consequences of memorizing without understanding is that it is not given the appropriate use and usefulness.
In this sense, for many years I use adaptive methodologies for each group of students aimed at incentivating the interest to learn and use that knowledge from the moment they are acquired in order to achieve the acquisition and fixation of them in each of my students.
