The field experience program at LPTK starts from the beginning of the lecture at the beginning of the semester through the introduction of the subjects of Education and Special Skills courses in accordance with the chosen department, followed by the simulation of teaching practice in PPL I (Micro-Teaching) lesson to apply basic teaching skills with clinical supervision is an approach to find the advantages and disadvantages of students / prospective teachers in the process of learning in class, so as to improve the ability to teach and improve teaching skills. Implementation of this clinical supervision is continued at the training school through the PPL activities with the following stages: the initial meeting stage to discuss the preparation of teaching, and the implementation of the teaching, then proceed the teaching implementation phase to observe the suitability of preparation to implementation through an agreed observation sheet during the initial meeting stage, then after the implementation of teaching continues with the final meeting stage to find the advantages of teaching skills that need to be maintained and improved and find the weaknesses that need to be improved and sought solutions to overcome these weaknesses.
