One of the things I remember when the subject is aliens is that they have a lot of tentacles. They also look slimy and some have scales. So in this art, I have made a slimy looking alien with few scales and a lot of tentacles

I drew 1 open eye and 1 closed eye because I want to make it blink

I added a plastic wrap to make it slimy and I changed the outer image to blue.
Here are the following images that I will transfer to Capcut to animate.

I overlayed the Transparent background eyes (open and closed) to the fixed images.
Split the Transparent eye and gave it an in and out transition effect
I added a fog effect in the background
