It's ok, you don't owe me or anyone a personal explanation.
I won't pretend I know what you are going through. I do understand being a caregiver as my father was an invalid 6 years before he passed, after having a massive stroke that left him paralyzed on one side and in a wheel chair. No matter how much you love someone, it is a tough job to constantly care for someone else.
I understand about not being able to figure out how to make small art, although I see it done all the time. Sometimes I see what looks like a wonderful piece of art on the net, then look at the size details and see it is pretty small. I always wonder how on earth they got all that detail on such a small piece. I don't think I could do it without some very large magnifier, so that it looked much larger while I was creating it. I like looking at the art on DPW (daily paint works), I've probably said that before. A lot of people paint smaller there. I think it goes along with the notion of actually painting daily and completing one small art work. I don't think everyone there tries to do that, just that, it is the reasoning behind working smaller. Lots of artists do larger works too, but they don't put them all there, although there are still some.
I didn't have a good room to make a studio or art room here, so I pushed my dining table up to the biggest windows in my living room and turned the living room into my art room. It isn't a living room with an art table, it's an art room with a couple of chairs. 😂 I couldn't make the small spare bedroom into an art space because the floor has carpets. Now though, the spare room is where my work computer is. I still work a 40 hour week. My job was sent home before of covid and I was fortunate to get to stay home to work since then.
So there is no space for a table if you found a one?
