What is there not to love about flowers? I can't think of one thing.
It's barely into winter here and yet, the last 4 days have been nearly 70 degrees outside, warm but still overcast and dreary looking.
Although it doesn't feel like winter (but maybe tomorrow !) it certainly looks like it, gray skies and bare, leafless trees between the evergreens.
And I am already dreaming of spring !
I took these photos of some of the beautiful fresh flower bouquets that were delivered to my home throughout the summer and early fall. A local woman decided to grow flowers and for this first year, she had several offers, one of which was for an upfront fee, you could have flowers delivered to your doorstep every week or every other week. She grew such beautiful flowers and I enjoyed it so much.
Some I kept for myself and other's I shared with my Mother and Sister. Sharing made them doubly fun.
Every time I search through my photos for any other kind of photo, I have to stop and enjoy these again. Every time too.... I long for spring when it's time for flowers to come back here again.
