It was about the noon as I began to fume
My throat had dried to naught as men began to talk
I must locate the shore, though noon was there to show
As I began to rain the sun had risen as threat
Though it began to rain, thirst could not be quenched
Meat were already then but seat.could not be served
Men could not withstand, so some began to die
In my dismay I prayed, and soon began to cry
Who would believe my state but God that perfects the saved
The meat I desired to eat was a disease of death
This disease of death is the meat I almost took
The message: God in His infinite mercy love and compassion is always preventing His Children from falling into sin. Certainly, there iare times when the flesh rises up that we may still be servants to the flesh, but God's mercy and grace never let go. He magnifies His love in our lives. This verse also teaches us a lesson, that we should walk in faith, since we have a master that sees every event far away before it comes to pass.
