Family values is one thing and personal decision to do what is right is another thing. Growing as a kid, I had a kind of a very rough experience because at age 8 I went to live with a family not related to us but they had need for a younger person in the house and my parents had us 10 so to them it would lessen the load. And I loved the family and I accepted and I spent 3 years with them and I was tried differently as a child to see if I could pick things like money or stole food from the pot for three years such test repeated but I didn't fall to it. It wasn't that the urge to pick up some note they intentionally throw under bed or left carelessly but I had to always ask myself does under the bed grow money? And my answer would be no so I overcame such and my master and his wife stopped trying my on such. >You passed the test.

One Wednesday evening, we were having our dinner and my master said "you're a good boy I had tried you with things and didn't fall for any how did you do that" I answered I had no need for such things meanwhile money doesn't grow on such places you only work for money.

From that day I was given more freedom in the house trust and confidence grew.

Are you a person others can depend upon or are you dependant upon others. Explain your answer and how either effects your life.

This question got me thinking deeply and to give a straight forward answer base on my dealing with people from childhood experiences and now, I would say that I'm a person others can depend upon.
From the story I shared above which is a true life story about myself, and the following points serves as reasons for my answer.

Trust in this generation is very expensive because many have made money but trust is in a short supply because everyone wants to play a fast game on others and if people sees atom of sincerity in you they try to put you into test and if you pass it you pass though you won't be notified about it yet you're being tried.

When I was in a Dredging company, my colleagues would always want me to either keep for them any of their very valuable items and when they are in an argument where trust or truth is been traded for, they would say to each let's go to Vincent he will tell us the truth. How they came up with this is what I don't know and they come to , I will speak the truth not taking sides and the people reposed their confidence in me.

When I started content creation in 2020, that's Steemit, someone noticed me and decided to work with me saying that he sees sincerity and truth is my work and I did achieve success and that relationship had been awesome. In same manner, I met @clixmoney who says to me I trust you though he doesn't know me anywhere apart from the blog site and the list continues and I know personal I don't love my trust been broken that's, if I trusted you I won't want you to tell me stories because it would be difficult for me to give a second chance when it comes to trust hence I'm a person who people can depend upon and relax.

Guide your trust jealousy.

If there be people who has trusted you then guide it with your life. Because trust the more expensive than the purest Gold.

I remember in December 2020, I made a new friend where we attended a wedding and in that wedding, my duty was to take care of food and drinks and honestly any man/woman who is able to control his appetite for public food even when he has the chance and freedom to do as he likes needs to be applauded.
While discharging my duties, I never knew I was been monitored and after the wedding a guy walked to me and 'how are you? And I said I'm fine and he asked again why didn't you eat nor drink anything while in the food store. I said to him eating and drinking isn't the reason why I was asked to serve in this unit and my answer made sense to him and he dropped his card and asked me to call him in days time and I did since then we have been doing business together.

When are discovered to *truthful" , reliable and dependable , others say you use means on people.
Those in the diaspora who wants to build or under take any project at home are afraid most times they don't know who to trust and this guy who stays in Texas would always want to confirm everything someone tells him from Nigeria as pertaining his project here in Nigeria and last week he asked me to see his father's gate which was said to be in bad shape and I went and yes it's in bad condition and I made a video clip of it and sent it him and immediately he called his engineer to go fix it.

I had in several groups be asked to take some leadership post based on trust. Many are reasons to give but I will stop at this point.

The good name you make here is the best legacy to keep for generations to come.
