Our lives are lived based on the principle of time and seasons.
Time is one of the principal factors that tells the supremacy of nature on man as man has no idea on how it works.
We only move according to the speed at which it drives us, expecting that we meet our needs by ourselves regardless of whatever conditions we are in.
The mystery of time to man can not be overemphasized as that fact still remains that time can not be controlled like it can not be backdated and like wise it can not be forwarded.
It is an independent factor that has got almost everything dependent solely on it and while you depend on it, it doesn't fix your things for you, and it doesn't even wait for you to fix it.
Time expects you to fix whatever that is, once the season is presented to you.
Failure to do it at that time means a wasted time, season and opportunity to you which might never repeat itself again.
You can only compress a season meant for something else to achieve what was lost which doesn't guarantee that you will get the best as it would have been gotten at the time it would have been done.
Take a good and simple example of a lady who chose to get married when she was supposed to acquire Western education even when the opportunity was offered to her on a platter of gold but decides to do it her way not considering what the time and season is communicating to her.
A cousin of mine said to my sister make sure you have attained a good level in your educational qualification before you think of getting married that's because the time and season which she chose to do hers is not favourable though she was achieving that purpose but because it's coming at the wrong time she was not getting the best from what she was doing because the presence of children, husband and school all combined on one head hinders effective studies there by giving her bad grades and then the time frame she would have used back then if she had chose to do it as at when she was suppose to do it would have been minimal but now because of all the family saga she is taking even more time in achieving that.
Another mystery about time is how well it can reveal the past. It tells in the future how best one was able to utilise the opportunity presented to him or her in the past.
I am right now in regrets of how I once wasted an opportunity that would have made me a CEO, an independent body, totally in charge of my action, but guess what I threw that golden opportunity because of familiarity.
After my first school leaving certificate examination I had an opportunity to stay with my aunt who's husband is a fashion designer. He makes clothes for people and gets paid. That was one skill I would have learnt without stress but I rather sit back and watch him do his things with other children coming around to learn.
He literally forced me into doing some of the things he does and my work is always perfect whenever I am offered with one, compared to his apprentice.
That showed I would have done excellent in that skill but I rather override that opportunity thinking it will always be there but then time crawled slowly as I watched and in no time that opportunity was gone with so many of my friends who are his apprentice doing very well on their own.
Now I make my clothes for close to $10, I looked at these money and said to myself even If I wouldn't have learnt that skill to serve as a business idea at least I would have acquired the skill for myself and that of my family that would have saved us the cost of paying someone such an amount of money just to fix our clothes.
Redeeming such time now will be equivalent to the experience of the lady I earlier mentioned.
Just make a perfect use of what time presents to you as it might not come in the manner it was presented (That's if you are lucky) and (if you are the unlucky type) you might never get it again.
