How amazing it is that we disregard what is at hand just because we are bent on making a better one in the future but then we end up losing the one we had at hand.
“A bird at hand is worth ten thousand in the bush” but then we fail to know how important that one we have got is to us until it flies from our hand as a result of our nonchalant attitude towards it, just because we aim at that ten thousand that we are not sure of yet.
This is how I lost one of the most precious things I have ever gotten that would have helped me in this present condition, that was simply because I desired more.
That aside.
Let's talk about how powerful desires are in the life of every human.
We keep focus on things we desire and somehow it helps us to shape our thinking, giving a strong zeal to pursue until it becomes reality.
A boy went mad on my street simply because he desired something so badly.
When I sat to take a close look at what he desired that led to his mental disorder, I discovered that what led him into something he never intended to go into can actually be gotten through hard work and dedication.
Desire have a strong wheel power on individual, it comes with some form of intimidating spirit that brings frustration when needs are not met and at this point when you allow frustration to begin to set in some negative forces begin to crawl into the heart of an individual and that is the driving force to doing even things that are way out of online just to make sure that you achieve what you desire.
That was what drove that boy in my area. Everything was going fine until the power driven by desire set in, he wanted to accumulate wealth at an early stage of life and he wanted it to be quick and swift.
He got himself into some diabolical activities that required some rituals which will involve sacrifice that requires human blood.
The power of desire got him into that mess.
Don't get me wrong, desire has power on individuals and if not well managed it can lead to a negative thought that will lead to exhibitions of deadly activities that can ruin someone's life, but if well managed it can bring one to an expected end without having any negative effect.
