Greetings!
In this life passion is a very important thing as it helps us move forward in whatever we see or choose to do. Without passion, we may be stalled at the mid way of that thing we are doing or we do and this is because, when faced with the challenges of life in whatever we have set out to do, it's passion that will sustain us and keep us going.
So, passion is not something ordinary, in fact, it's the fuel that helps us in achieving greatness in what we have desired or chosen.
Having said so much about passion and life, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt before me in the Scifi-Multiverse community which is all about, “Passion over financial security.”
Well as for me, both are necessary in the journey of our lives, if we look at passion very well, it more precious than anything else and this is because, whenever we are down in whatever we have chosen for ourselves, it the passion that we have for that thing that will help to keep us pushing thereby making us to achieve the desired success at the end.
It's the passion that we have for that thing that we are doing that will help us not to quit when others that have no passion for such a thing are quitting. No wonder there's a saying that says, “quitters never win and winners never quit.” What this means is that, those who win are the passionate ones who love what they have chosen and doing.
However, passion alone cannot sustain us in our endeavours, financial security is also needed to aid our passion as passion without money would only amount to nothing and waste of time. So, one thing I would say is that both should be balanced in the way we do things and also when we set out to pursue our dream in life.
