Jittering over nasty thoughts,
Involuntarily running over my head.
Seems like it lingers perpetually,
Relief from perturbations aimed.
Desire of tranquility before hitting the sack,
Interfered from sleep by disquieting thoughts.
In this carousel-like occurrences,
Repetitions, and never ceasing.
Unenthusiastic about life,
That lukewarm feeling governs you inside.
Shivering as panicking increases,
Perspiration over the nape gets cold.
This is a short poetry for the depressed people. In many places at the moment, many people are suffering from depression as the weather gets colder, especially in extremely cold places. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), which is a seasonal depression commonly experienced by people during cold season, is affecting mainly people in northern hemisphere at the moment. While some people are in episodic depressive moods, who needs other people's understanding. Mostly, depression is a mental health problem by which affected people needs comprehension from others over their situation. Sympathy, instead of tongue-lashing over their moody state, is what they need.
