We’ve had better weather for two weeks now, but I still really miss those sunny days! The intense, continuous rain for nearly six weeks completely disrupted our usual routine, including our sign language field service. Being stuck at home doing everything virtually just isn't the same as being there in person.
We were out supporting the activity today. I was with two friends, and one of them is deaf. It was a beautiful sunny day when we stopped by an apartment building called Santillan Heights—the deaf student we went to visit lives right next door.
