What was the last thing you said to someone before they died?
The last person that I knew personally that died was a man that I was dating for about 6 months. He was struggling with a lot of mental health challenges and was in counseling but he chose to end his own life anyway unfortunately. He was at my house the night before he died and the last thing I said to him on his way out was that I was looking forward to seeing him later in the week for dinner. I told him that I was there for him if he ever needed to talk and he left. The next morning he found out that his grandmother had passed away the previous night and he messaged me throughout the day. I told him that he could come over if he needed to talk or call but he never did. The last thing he said to me was that I was awesome and to never forget that. I miss him every day and I pray that he is well wherever he is now. I hope that he knows how much he was loved and still is by so many people. My hope is that one day I will be able to tell him that in person.
