Hello my dear Hivers!
So now, I’ll be sharing with you what happened in the afternoon during our beach day. This is actually part 3 of our trip.
Hours after we ate, my friends went to the store to buy GSM alcoholic drinks, Coke, and some blocked ice packed. Lavester and Justin were the ones who bought the drinks, and guess what, when they bought them, they were given some GSM shades that were really cool because they were four-fold! They didn’t expect it at all, but they gladly accepted it because the shades were really nice.
While they were drinking, the ice ran out, so we were the ones who went to the store to buy tube ice made from mineral water. It was actually more expensive compared to the block ice.
This moment was the most precious time for us, to know more about each other.
Actually, I haven't missed the part of capturing the beauty of the sky during sunset. It's really amazing to behold, especially near the beach. The colors on the sky were really mirrored on the ocean.
Later on, we ended up chatting for a while, and during our talk, Katrien suddenly asked if we weren’t going to swim because she really wanted to go to the sea already. That was the perfect time too, since we had run out of topics to talk about, so Katrien went to the water and the others followed.
They actually swam at night already, but I didn’t join them because Angelie didn’t have anyone with her in the tent, and it was already getting late. So while we were staying by the sand, I just ate again because I was hungry.
After they finished swimming, they ate again since we still had leftover food.
When 8 PM came, someone called Katrien, and we took that as our cue to start packing, clean up the place we stayed in, and get ready to go home.
It was already very quiet as we headed to our pickup point since it was nighttime. We tried to look for tricycles on the highway to go home, but sadly, there were none passing by. But since there were people hanging out near the billiard area close to the highway, we asked them if there were still rides going to Bogo Proper. Unfortunately, there were, but the fare was double.
So, Katrien just contacted her sister, and good thing her sister was still awake. She picked us up.
When we arrived in Bogo Proper, we dropped Angelie off near her ride, and after that, we all went home. We just took a bus to get back to our house.
That’s all for this blog, my dear Hivers! Thank you for reading!
