I'm a writer most of the time; I write stories and poems. However, I am discovering that drawing is not so difficult (I’m still practicing though). I also love music and photography. I’ve discover that is easy for me to get inspired from a son or even a photograph. My biggest dream is to become a professional writer, but time will tell...
I'm a reader! I’ve been reading for a long time. But it was in college when I learned that there are lots of good things in the old trunk like; "Carmilla" by Sheridan Le Fanu, "1984" by George Orwell and the amazing poems by Emily Dickinson.
Anyway, I’ll be sharing my stories and poems through this blog. Maybe, I could also share my drawings, to show you how much I’ve been improving in this new skill.

¡Hola a todo el mundo Hive!
Mi nombre es Rosangel “Rose” Velásquez. Tengo 27 años y vivo en Cumaná, Sucre. Estoy hoy aquí porque he escuchado muchísimo de esta plataforma a través de mis amigos. He escuchado que hay muchas personas que pasan un buen rato compartiendo su contenido y sus ideas. Algunos de mis amigos mas cercanos me han dado la idea y han estado incentivándome a unirme y compartir mis textos con ustedes…
Soy escritora la mayor parte del tiempo; escribo historias y poemas. Sin embargo, también estoy descubriendo que dibujar no es tan difícil (aun sigo practicando por cierto). Además, amo la música y la fotografía. He descubierto que puedo inspirarme a escribir al escuchar alguna canción, o al ver alguna fotografía. Mi mayor deseo es convertirme en escritora profesional, pero eso el tiempo lo dirá.
¡Soy lectora! He sido lectora desde hace ya un tiempo. Pero no fue hasta que estuve en la universidad donde aprendí que hay muchas cosas buenas en el viejo baúl como: "Carmilla" de Sheridan Le Fanu, "1984" de George Orwell y los increíbles poemas de Emily Dickinson.
En fin, estaré compartiendo mis historias y poemas a través de este blog. Quizás también muestre algunos de mis dibujos (me disculpo por si son algo feos) para mostrarles mi progreso en esta nueva habilidad.
