Yeah, I have been pushing my body towards ketosis but I keep carb loading every other day so till I finally stop doing that I won't be lol. I just started lifting weights as I use to lift weights back

Thanks! It's not easy but I keep pushing forward! I am slowly trying to get my body as close as I can in ketosis with still carb loading every other day.

Keep it up! Yeah, I only did 2 miles today. I normally post around this time all the time, but sometimes I post in the early mornings too. YOU CAN DO IT! JUST KEEP PUSHING! WE GOT THIS :)

Say what?!?! I had no idea!!! Freaking awesome :D WE GOT THIS!

Thanks! Congrats on reaching the 4th week mark! I just finished mines onto week 5 :D Congrats on dropping 10lbs! Regardless 1lb of fat is a huge accomplishment :D Keep pushing! As same to me as well !

Thanks for the support! I followed back :)

I mostly do IF dry lol. I don't drink as much water as I should. But, I would say out of 30 days so far I drank water during my fast about 4-6 days total. Not too bad :P The rest my body was empty of water

Haha, thanks! Yeah, it's getting real easy! After about 11 days it started to get easy but then once I hit day 19 it got super hard again lol. But, ever since I passed day 28 It's like second nature now!

I agree Intermittent Fasting is GREAT! Super proud of you of doing 2 weeks! The longest I water fast wast 10 days. Thanks so much! Can't stop! Won't stop!!

I don't even drink beer. Last time I drank alcohol was when I was 21 and I am 25. Intermittent Fasting? Mindset, I fast over 20hrs a day. I am very spiritual. Mind, body and soul.

The longest I ever did in my life? It was 10 day just water fast(no food). But, with IF the longest I did was 32hrs :)

Coffee, sounds good atm lol. Yup, won't stop, can't stop! Day 10 is when it hit me and I decided I will never be happy in this shell I am living in! So, I have been fasting avg 20hrs daily and walking/jogging

Will do! 7yrs wow! That is freaking awesome! I have tried IF like 9 months ago and I did it for 2 months but for me the timing makes it harder for me lol. So, as long as I fast over 18-20hrs a day I am
