Hello actifitters!
It was raining earlier today so as soon as it stopped I went for walk for my daily movements. I didn't go jogging because the oval is slippery but I still managed to do some walking and stretching this morning. I guess it's far better to go out in the morning unlike in the afternoon or in the evening it's crowded already. There isn't many people today since it was raining but it didn't stop me from achieving my actifit goal. Hope to do more again tomorrow. See you and have a great week ahead!
