This is my entry to the initiative created by tripode@tripode, in her contest "Energy Refill" in which, she asks us to reflect on a phrase each week where we express our capabilities in a reflective and positive way.

Failure at the beginning leads to a greater long-term success for those who try something again, if something hurts you seriously but over time you recover and this remains as an experience to avoid making the same mistake.

This phrase is also used to give comfort to a person who is going through a bad situation, encouraging him to believe that the problem will be solved and if it is not, he will also know how to get ahead because he will increase his inner strength.

No person likes to go through a negative experience in life that causes pain and sadness. Unfortunately these troublesome situations sometimes come along, perhaps as a result of your own poor decisions or simply as a kind of "chance".

These difficult situations, if you know how to face them correctly, if they strengthen the person. It is necessary that the person who is going through a bad time knows how to accept it and assume it, there is nothing worse than denial. It is also very important that they take time to heal their wounds and mourn for what was lost. Having the company of family and good friends is essential for you to feel content, without being judged.

All this will help the inner being to be strengthened and prevent that problem from leaving a mark inside it that brings negative consequences for life.

I invite my friend nathyortiz@nathyortiz to this contest
