Today I’m sharing a super simple and delicious recipe made with just a few ingredients 💡🍽️: a soft chocolate banana cake 🍫🍌

📸 As you can see in the photo, it came out moist, fluffy, and full of flavor 🤤🔥 Perfect for a quick homemade dessert!

This recipe started because I had ripe bananas and chocolate cookies at home… and I decided to experiment 😏✨

🥄 INGREDIENTS:

• 4 ripe bananas 🍌🍌🍌🍌

• 4 eggs 🥚🥚🥚🥚

• 3 packs of chocolate cookies (18 cookies total) 🍫🍪

😂 Fun fact: I removed the cream from the cookies… and yes, I ate it myself 🤣🔥

👨‍🍳 PREPARATION:

1. Add the bananas, eggs, and chocolate cookies (without cream) directly into the blender 🍌🥚🍪

   

   

   

   

   

2. Blend everything until you get a smooth and thick mixture ⚡

3. Grease a jar or pot with oil 🛢️

4. Pour the mixture into the container 🥣

5. Cook it on an induction stove over low heat for about 15–20 minutes 🔥⏱️

6. Let it cool slightly, then remove and serve 🍽️

   

   

   

💡 TIP: Blend well so the cookies integrate perfectly and the texture becomes smooth 😉

🍫 The result is a soft, slightly dense cake with a rich chocolate flavor and natural sweetness from the bananas 🤤💛

No oven, no stress… just creativity and good vibes in the kitchen 💥✨

Hoy les comparto una receta súper fácil y deliciosa hecha con pocos ingredientes 💡🍽️: un pastel de chocolate con banana 🍫🍌

📸 Como pueden ver en la foto, quedó húmedo, esponjoso y con tremendo sabor 🤤🔥 Ideal para un postre rápido en casa

Todo surgió porque tenía bananas maduras y galletas de chocolate… y decidí inventar algo 😏✨

🥄 INGREDIENTES:

• 4 bananas maduras 🍌🍌🍌🍌

• 4 huevos 🥚🥚🥚🥚

• 3 paquetes de galletas de chocolate (18 galletas en total) 🍫🍪

😂 Dato curioso: Le quité la crema a las galletas… y sí, me la comí yo mismo 🤣🔥

👨‍🍳 PREPARACIÓN:

1. Coloca las bananas, los huevos y las galletas (sin crema) directamente en la batidora 🍌🥚🍪

2. Licúa todo hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y espesa ⚡

3. Unta un jarro o recipiente con aceite 🛢️

4. Vierte la mezcla dentro 🥣

5. Cocina en una hornilla de inducción a fuego bajo durante 15–20 minutos 🔥⏱️

6. Deja enfriar un poco, desmolda y sirve 🍽️

💡 TIP: Licuar bien ayuda a que la textura quede más suave y uniforme 😉

🍫 El resultado es un pastel suave, con sabor intenso a chocolate y el dulzor natural de la banana 🤤💛

Sin horno y con ingredientes simples… ¡pero con mucho sabor! 💥✨
