A beautiful Sunday to you all, today being June 19th is fathers day 馃帀馃帀.
A father has a vital role to play in the family and in the society at large. A father is supposed to a leader, provider ( financially and emotionally), supporter , priest and a role model.
The boy child craves for validation from his father, what ever character the father portrays is what the boy child subconsciously adhere to.
The girl child child craves for physical and emotional protection from her father. The father ought to be the first to tell her how much he loves her and how beautiful she is.
Who a father is to an individual is what the individual will look out for in all his/her relationship be it colleague, spouse or a friend.
If a Father is the Leader in the home then he must lead in good characters, morals, and other good attributes.
There's this argument that comes in families that why do some daughters prefer their fathers to their mothers. In my opinion the reason why some daughters prefer their fathers to their mothers is because Father's do the extra. A good father will never stop looking out for his daughter. Even when the daughter is earning her own money, the father will still send money to her from time to time.
So a big shout out to all spiritual, biological, mentor, foster Fathers who playing the role of a good Father . Thank you for all that you do, we can't love you less 馃鉂ｏ笍馃槍
