No todas las flores crecen en jardines cuidados ni necesitan un lugar preparado para llamar nuestra atenci贸n.
Durante una caminata me encontr茅 con algunas flores silvestres. Crec铆an de manera sencilla, sin macetas, sin arreglos y sin que nadie pareciera haberlas colocado all铆. Y, sin embargo, ten铆an una belleza que me hizo detenerme.
Saqu茅 el m贸vil y tom茅 algunas fotograf铆as.
Me gusta ese tipo de encuentros porque son completamente inesperados. Uno sale a caminar pensando en otras cosas y, de pronto, algo tan peque帽o como unas flores al borde del camino consigue cambiar por unos minutos aquello en lo que estaba pensando.
Quiz谩s hay algo especial en las flores silvestres precisamente por eso. No necesitan que alguien las prepare para una fotograf铆a. Crecen donde encuentran un poco de espacio y luz, y simplemente hacen su parte.
Mientras las fotografiaba pens茅 que a veces buscamos demasiado la belleza y olvidamos mirar lo que tenemos cerca.
Estas flores no estaban en un jard铆n perfecto.
Solo estaban all铆.

The Beauty of Wildflowers
Not every flower grows in a carefully tended garden or needs a prepared place to catch our attention.
During a walk, I came across some wildflowers. They were growing simply, without pots, arrangements, or anyone apparently having placed them there. And yet, they had a kind of beauty that made me stop.
I took out my phone and captured a few photographs.
I like these kinds of encounters because they are completely unexpected. You go out for a walk thinking about other things and suddenly something as small as a few flowers by the side of the path can change what you are thinking about for a few minutes.
Perhaps there is something special about wildflowers precisely because of that. They don't need anyone to arrange them for a photograph. They grow wherever they find a little space and light, and simply do their part.
While I was photographing them, I thought that sometimes we look too hard for beauty and forget to notice what is already close to us.
These flowers were not growing in a perfect garden.
They were simply there.
And for me, at that moment, that was more than enough.
