Hello my people, greetings to all the #hivers and colleagues of #swc, I hope you are all well. This last week and part of the current week it is time to do a muscle release. As you may have seen in past posts, we apply muscle unloading to reduce the workload and let the body recover. I don't have much to say, just watch the content and enjoy.
Practica regularmente, y ver谩s c贸mo mejoras poco a poco.
The Hephaestus is a calisthenics power movement that consists of performing a pull-up while hanging from the bar upside down horizontally with an underhand grip, and then, in the rise phase, performing a push-up with a reverse grip (Korean Dip ). The movement is completed when you return to the initial Korean Bottom position.
This movement is a challenge for the upper body, since it requires strength, power and coordination. The main muscles involved are the biceps, forearms, deltoids and pectoralis.
To perform the Hephaestus correctly, the following steps must be followed:
1. Position yourself under the bar with an underhand grip, hands at shoulder height.
2. Perform a pull-up, lifting your body until your chin is above the bar.
3. In the raise phase, perform a reverse grip push-up, raising your body until your lower back touches the bar.
Something that can help you are these points:
1. Start with a wide grip, and then narrow your grip as you gain strength.
2. Focus your weight on your feet, not your hands.
3. Keep your back straight throughout the movement.
Practice regularly, and you will see how you improve little by little.
The Hephaestus is a very attractive and demanding movement, which will help you develop great strength and power in the upper body.

Without more to add, I hope you liked the post and the routine too. It remains to remember that before each training session it is essential to warm up for at least 20 minutes, since this way we will perform even more in each training session. See you in a next post.
