Hello, friends.
The last Saturday of February has arrived and the cats of the northern hemisphere are preparing to welcome spring.
In the wake of this anticipation, I will try to voice the thoughts of Tom the cat about the vicissitudes of the life of a Siberian cat.

Sitting on the gate of his grandfather's house in the village in February, Tom the cat remembers how he had fun here last summer and makes plans for the coming spring. Perhaps there are a couple or three weeks left, and winter frosts will be a thing of the past, and cold snow will be a thing of the past. Of course, then for another couple of weeks there will be ice in the mornings and puddles of cold water in the afternoon, but every day it will become warmer and more fun. And most importantly, there won’t be this bone-penetrating frost, when after a short walk you have to climb onto the heater and saturate your body with warmth.

But it will be soon, but for now, the delicate cat’s paws still freeze when you run along the path.

Still, when you come home, you want to quickly sit on the heater and absorb its warmth.

It’s good for cats in warmer places where there is no winter; they have a celebration of life all year round. In Siberia, it seems that no one locks you in your apartment, but the frost does not allow you to stay outside for long, so Tom the cat, and let’s face it, and all Siberian cats, are looking forward to spring and summer.

Tom Cat wishes everyone a good weekend and warmth outside and inside.
