Es inevitable mirar esta peque帽a planta de flores amarillas destellando bajo el sol. Se trata de Turnera angustifolia. Supe su nombre cient铆fico por la curiodidad de saber c贸mo se llama. Yo la conozco por Marilope.
En otros paises es conocida popularmente como Clavel de oro o Yellow Alder, una especie que no solo cautiva por su belleza ef铆mera, sino tambi茅n por sus propiedades medicinales profundamente arraigadas en la tradici贸n herbolaria .
Las flores de la Marilope son un espect谩culo de la naturaleza. De un amarillo intenso, se abren al amanecer y se cierran al atardecer, como si bailaran con la luz del sol . It鈥檚 impossible not to notice this little plant with its bright yellow flowers shimmering under the sun. This is Turnera angustifolia. I learned its scientific name out of curiosity, but I鈥檝e always known it as Marilope.
In other countries, it鈥檚 popularly called Golden Clove or Yellow Alder, a species that captivates not only with its ephemeral beauty but also with its deep-rooted medicinal properties in herbal traditions.
The flowers of Marilope are a spectacle of nature. A vibrant yellow, they open at dawn and close at dusk, as if dancing with the sunlight.
