Good morning!
I started to do a squat challenge again. I do squats from time to time but now I decided to do it every day, every morning.
Actually, today is my 10th day in a row, but I will count it Day 1, and it is not because today is Monday. I just want to track my progress. Today I did just 50 squats, but my goal is easily doing 100 squats.
I do a short yoga first and then squats. Yoga is to stretch out my body.
