Greetings to all cat lovers, on this #caturday I want to share with you the new behavior of my cat Yellow, for those who don't know we are from a part of Venezuela known for being very hot, we are in a semi-arid area where in the Most of the year we have radiant sunshine and little rainfall, but this year the entire country suffered the arrival of several storms, the prolonged rains damaged buildings, there was flooding in general, and in one of the states there was even a landslide that left a population with significant material and human losses, fortunately the rains stopped but this has generated a change in the climate, now we are having cold even in my state, according to news from the national institute of meteorology of our country the cold will be present until after February next year that's why Yellow's behavior has changed.
Yellow is sleeping with my son like almost always at night but now he sleeps under the covers and not on top, I don't have photos of that but it's very funny, waking up in the morning after Yellow gets out of bed and eats his croquettes He goes to the garden and disappears for a while, that is, we don't see him inside the house anymore, I was curious to know what the cat was doing in the garden so much so I went to investigate and found him taking a sunbath.
My beloved Yellow was in a very funny position on his back with all four legs up sunbathing on his belly, but when I got closer the position changed and I couldn't take a picture of him in the previous pose, but then he began to clean himself or lick his fur a little while I continued to enjoy the sun's rays.
Once again the phrase that says that cats look like their owners came true, because I am a cold person, for me being at 20 degrees Celsius already produces tremors, so I understood a long time ago that we are from a hot land and it is It is difficult for the body to get used to a temperature other than heat, now Yellow shows that despite having a coat of hair that protects him from the weather, he also feels very cold, and he also made me a little worried because he has also started to sneeze , just like I sneezed when it's cold.
For now I am very happy that Yellow is taking advantage of the few sun rays that we have during the day, because unfortunately the days have been mostly grey, so taking advantage of those minutes of sun will do you a lot of good for your health, as well as with the cold he is sleeping longer and oddly enough he is eating more, I don't know what the weather has to do with food but I feel that it gives him more appetite on cold days 😁
