Me gusta mucho la cultura vikinga y de hecho uno de los países que algún día espero conocer es Islandia, en donde aún se conserva gran parte de la herencia cultural de sus primeros pobladores vikingos, entre ellos el paganismo, el idioma islandés y por su puesto algo muy curioso es que en ese país solo pueden nombrar a los hijos con nombre tradicionales por lo cual es común ver nombre como Odin, Björn, Loki entre otros. Por eso cuando vi esta iniciativa me sentí bastante motivada. Para comenzar el maquillaje lo que hice fue lavar muy bien mi rostros y aplicar una base de maquillaje con una esponja para emparejar el tono de mi piel.
I really like the Viking culture and in fact one of the countries that I hope to visit one day is Iceland, where a large part of the cultural heritage of its first Viking settlers is still preserved, including paganism, the Icelandic language and of course Something very curious is that in that country they can only name their children with traditional names, which is why it is common to see names like Odin, Björn, Loki, among others. That's why when I saw this initiative I felt quite motivated. To start the makeup, what I did was wash my face very well and apply a makeup base with a sponge to even out the tone of my skin.
Con un pincel apliqué pintura corporal de color rojo haciendo una línea recta sobre mi cejas y cubriendo completamente mis párpados hasta el lagrimal, mientras que en los extremos hice una línea inclinada para formar un triángulo hasta las cienes, también apliqué pero de forma difuminada la pintura roja en los pómulos. Decidí usar el color rojo porque los vikingos eran guerreros que constantemente buscaban expandir su dominios por los cual la sangre estaba presente tantos es los ritos religiosos como en sus batallas. Luego con un pincel fino y delineador compacto de color negro cubrí mis párpados y prolongué dos líneas semicurvas de cada lado de los ojos en dirección a los pómulos.
With a brush I applied red body paint making a straight line over my eyebrows and completely covering my eyelids up to the tear duct, while at the ends I made an inclined line to form a triangle up to the hundreds, I also applied the paint but in a blurred way red on the cheekbones. I decided to use the red color because the Vikings were warriors who constantly sought to expand their domains for which blood was present in both religious rites and in their battles. Then, with a fine brush and a compact black eyeliner, I covered my eyelids and extended two semi-curved lines on each side of the eyes towards the cheekbones.
Con el mismo pincel delineador negro dibujé una letra o runa llamada Mannaz del alfabeto antiguo, es la que se usa para la palabra Humano o humanidad , según estuve leyendo también significa crecimiento personal. También con la pintura roja hice una línea vertical en mi mentón seguida por dos líneas negras, pinte mi labio inferior con labial liquido de color negro y el superior con un lápiz color vino seguido de una labial en crema del mismo color con una acabado un poco metalizado, tome el mismo pincel para labios maticé un poco el negro del labio inferior. Con un pincel aplique sombra en polvo blanca perlada bordeando la parte inferior del maquillaje de los ojos, mientras que en la parte de arriba de las cejas en la frente con dirección a la cienes aplique sombra en polvo color negro. En el resto de cara aplique polvo compacto traslúcido.
With the same black eyeliner brush I drew a letter or rune called Mannaz from the ancient alphabet, it is the one used for the word Human or humanity, as I was reading it also means personal growth. Also with the red paint I made a vertical line on my chin followed by two black lines, I painted my lower lip with black liquid lipstick and the upper lip with a burgundy pencil followed by a cream lipstick of the same color with a little finish. metallic, take the same lip brush and shade the lower lip black a bit. With a brush apply pearly white powder shadow bordering the lower part of the eye makeup, while on the upper part of the eyebrows on the forehead in the direction of the hundreds apply black powder shadow. On the rest of the face apply translucent compact powder.
