Saludos querida comunidad, este a帽o fue sin duda un sube y bajas de emociones, pero lo que los puedo asegurar es que proyectos con hilos y agujas no faltaron 馃槉, para mi sorpresa este 23 de diciembre recib铆 una comisi贸n de un nacimiento en amigurumi, la cliente ya me hab铆a comprado algunos amigurumis navide帽os y da la casualidad que me pregunt贸 si ten铆a nacimiento, le envi茅 las im谩genes de un nacimiento que hab铆a hecho para mi hermana hace dos a帽os y ella qued贸 encantada y me lo encarg贸, de inmediato puse manos a la obra para lo que ser铆a mi 煤ltimo proyecto del a帽o.
Greetings dear community, this year was undoubtedly a rollercoaster of emotions, but what I can assure you is that there was no shortage of projects with yarn and needles 馃槉. To my surprise, on December 23rd I received a commission for an amigurumi nativity scene. The client had already bought some Christmas amigurumi from me and it just so happened that she asked me if I had a nativity scene. I sent her pictures of a nativity scene I had made for my sister two years ago and she was delighted and commissioned it. I immediately got to work on what would be my last project of the year.
Comenc茅 a trabajar de una vez el 24, me pareci贸 gracioso que mientras otros festejaban yo estaba festejando a mi propia manera tejiendo a crochet, los d铆as se pasaron muy r谩pidos pero fue bastante agotador, aunque la cliente no me puse fechas limites yo deseaba terminar antes de que finalizara el a帽o, lo termin茅 ayer, es decir en solo 7 d铆as y hoy lo entregu茅 a la cliente y ella estaba muy contenta.
I started working right away on the 24th. I thought it was funny that while others were celebrating, I was celebrating in my own way by crocheting. The days went by very quickly, but it was quite tiring. Although the client didn't set any deadlines, I wanted to finish before the end of the year. I finished it yesterday, that is, in just 7 days, and today I delivered it to the client, and she was very happy.
Por supuesto que una de las ventajas que ten铆a es que guard茅 escrito el proceso del proyecto de hace dos a帽os, pero como algunos de los hilos que estaba usando esta ocasi贸n variaban un m铆nimo en su grosor, tuve que hacer unas peque帽as modificaciones a mi patr贸n, s茅 que se ve bastante parecido al anterior pero a un as铆 not茅 que mi trabajo mejora cada a帽o sin ni siquiera darme cuenta, llevo tantos a帽os en el tejido y en el crochet pero me sorprende que aun sigo aprendiendo de cada experiencia, incluso peque帽os tips hacen la diferencia, por me llena de alegr铆a volver a repetir un patr贸n y hacerlo mejor que antes.
Of course, one of the advantages I had was that I had written down the process of the project from two years ago, but since some of the yarns I was using this time varied slightly in thickness, I had to make a few small modifications to my pattern. I know it looks quite similar to the previous one, but even so, I noticed that my work improves every year without even realizing it. I've been knitting and crocheting for so many years, but it surprises me that I'm still learning from each experience. Even small tips make a difference, so it fills me with joy to repeat a pattern and do it better than before.
La cliente pidi贸 que el nacimiento incluyera tambi茅n la mula y el buey, realic茅 el patr贸n hace un a帽o, estos son la parte mas tierna de todo el proyecto porque a mi parecer los amigurumis con forma de animales siempre son los m谩s lindos.
The client requested that the nativity scene also include the mule and the ox. I made the pattern a year ago; these are the most tender part of the whole project because, in my opinion, amigurumi in the shape of animals are always the cutest.
