Si un genio mágico pudiera concederte un (y sólo uno) deseo, ¿cuál sería ese deseo y por qué?
Cuando pienso en que deseo me gustaría, siento una gran presión pues mi mente no deja de pensar en los contra que puede tener un deseo que en principio pareciera ser bueno, sin embargo, creo que también me merezco soñar con algo sin pensar en las consecuencias prácticas que se podrían derivar de eso, si tuviera la oportunidad de pedir un deseo a un genio este sería que todas las personas del mundo tengan garantizadas sus necesidades básicas, esto no solo incluye la alimentación, la salud, la vivienda, sino también la seguridad, exceptuando de este deseo a los delincuentes.
Puedo sonar un poco iluso de mi parte, pero el mundo es tan desigual que no se trata de que las personas no trabajen o no tengan iguales oportunidades, el mundo funciona de tal manera que pareciera que hay que tener mucha suerte al nacer, pues nacer del lado “equivocado” del mundo puede hacer que incluso cuando trabajes muchísimo no tengas ni siquiera las necesidades de alimentación cubiertas y estoy harta de eso.
No se trata de un deseo tonto de querer que todo el mundo tenga lo mismo, nada de eso, se trata de que todos al tener las necesidades básicas cubiertas puedan desenvolverse en el mundo sin sentir que todo esfuerzo es en vano, no me interesan en este momento la lógica del que el mundo no funciona de ese manera, me gustaría imaginar que un deseo así es posible, no estoy para nada en contra de que alguien tenga mas dinero de otro, sin embargo, creo que toda persona debería tener la oportunidad de vivir y no solo de sobrevivir, pues tener un pedazo en pan no debería ser suponer un sacrifico tan grande para tantas personas en el mundo, suelen decir que la vida es dura, pero definitivamente es mas dura si tienes que luchar mil veces masa por obtener tus necesidades básicas.

If a genie could grant you one (and only one) wish, what would it be and why?
When I think about what I'd like to wish for, I feel a lot of pressure because my mind keeps dwelling on the downsides of a wish that, at first glance, seems good. However, I believe I also deserve to dream about something without thinking about the practical consequences that might arise. If I had the chance to ask a genie for a wish, it would be that everyone in the world has their basic needs guaranteed. This includes not only food, health, and housing, but also security, with the exception of criminals.
I might sound a bit naive, but the world is so unequal that it's not just about people not working or not having equal opportunities. The world works in such a way that it seems you have to be incredibly lucky to be born, because being born on the "wrong" side of the world can mean that even if you work incredibly hard, you won't even have your basic needs met, and I'm fed up with that.
This isn't some silly wish for everyone to have the same things, not at all. It's about everyone having their basic needs met so they can thrive in the world without feeling like all their efforts are in vain. I'm not interested in the logic that the world doesn't work that way right now. I'd like to imagine that such a wish is possible. I'm not at all against someone having more money than another, however, I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live and not just survive. Having a piece of bread shouldn't represent such a huge sacrifice for so many people in the world. People often say that life is hard, but it's definitely harder if you have to fight a thousand times over to obtain your basic necessities.
