Greetings to all, I was out with my friends last night and I ordered a little sugar Turkish coffee at the cafe where we were sitting. My order came and its presentation was a classic presentation. Coffee-Water-Dessert

Turkish coffee is tried to be made with plenty of foam. You can find the recipe in my previous post. A glass of water is placed next to it. Dessert is also served with coffee, it could be Turkish delight, one chocolate piece, and one biscuit. It is usually served with Turkish baklava during holidays.

I drank my water, ate my Turkish delight, and finished my coffee, then I closed the cup on its saucer. Why did I do this?

A characteristic of Turkish coffee is that after drinking the liquid part of the coffee, coffee powders, called "coffee grounds", remain at the bottom of the cup. Some people tell fortunes from the patterns that these coffee grounds leave due to gravity after the cup is closed.

Türk kahvesinin bir özelliği kahvenin sıvı kısmı içildikten sonra fincanın dibinde "telve" denen, kahve tozları kalır. Bazı insanlarda bu telvenin fincan kapatıldıktan sonra yerçekimin etkisiyle akışından kaynaklı çıkardığı desenlerden fal bakar.

Here is my cup. Even though I don't understand fortune telling, a friend of mine is very good at fortune telling. I'd say her third eye is open. Unfortunately, that friend was not with me and I looked at myself and didn't see much. Even a number of phone applications have been made for fortune telling. You upload the pictures of the cup and then your fortune comes as a message. There are people who earn money from this work. Maybe some of them can really see and feel, but unfortunately, many of them are scammers. I've never had fortune-telling with money before, but we have fortune-telled each other for a girl-to-girl conversation 😁

İşte fincanım. Ben her ne kadar fal bakmaktan anlamasam da bir arkadaşım çok iyi fal bakıyor. Üçüncü gözü açık diyebilirim. Maalesef o arkadaşım yanımda değildi ve ben kendim baktım ve pek bir şey göremedim. Bir takım telefon uygulamaları bile yapılmış fal bakmak için. Fincanın resimlerini yüklüyorsunuz daha sonra size mesaj olarak geliyor falınız. Bu işten para kazanan insanlar da var. Belki bazıları gerçekten görüp hissedebilir ama bir çoğu da dolandırıcı oluyor maalesef. Ben daha önce hiç parayla baktırmadım ama kız kıza sohbet olsun diye bakmışlığımız var 😁

The patterns are more prominent in this image. A fortune teller can look here and say many things, but I don't see anything.😅 Usually, some animal figures are interpreted as various things. As far as I know, bird: news, heart: relationship, fish: money. At the same time, sometimes prominent letters appear. It refers to something related to the first letter of someone in our life or a person in a name that contains that letter. It's actually fun 🤩

Bu görselde desenler daha çok belirgin. Bir falcı buraya bakıp, pek çok şey söyleyebilir ama ben hiç bir şey görmüyorum. 😅 Genellikle bazı hayvan figürleri çeşitli şeylere yorumlanır. Bildiğim kadarı ile kuş:haberdir, kalp:ilişki, balık:para ile ilgilidir. Aynı zamanda bazen belirgin harfler gözükür. Bu hayatımızdaki birinin ilk harfi yada o harfin içinde bulunduğu bir isimdeki kişi ile ilgili bir şeye dalalet eder. Aslında eğlenceli 🤩

When we finish what we will see in the cup, we look at the plate. Even the coffee from the plate is poured into the cup. As follows;

Fincanda göreceklerimiz bitince, tabağa da bakılır. Hatta tabaktaki kahve fincana doğru akıtılır. Aşağıdaki gibi;

The shape on the plate looks like some kind of snake or worm. I don't know the meaning, but I couldn't see any obvious image in this fortune-telling. I hope it was a fun post, thanks for reading.
