There was a family traveling on a journey. Father, mother with 5kids. On their way going, they encounter an armed robber on the way which they eventually stop them and ask all of them to come down from the car.
Parent: Please don't kill us, we have no money with us neither jewelries. kindly spare us all
Armed robber: If that is the case, give us one of you children to go with or else we spray you all.
Parent: There's no child available sirs
Armed robber: That means, its time for you all to die a lovely death. Then they trigger their gun.
Parent: They quickly stop them not to shoot and decided to give out one of their children to go with
Given kid: He start shouting, Dad, Mum, why me? why did you decide to pick me? is this how you both have hated me in the time past?
The parent were silent as the given kids is crying and shouting as he's been taken away by the Armed robber.
The Armed robber took him away and as they were going after some miles driving, they encounter police on the road which they start exchanging gun fire and through that the armed robber couldnt wait any longer but to took to their heels. Then the police approach their left car and unknowing to them they find the kidnap kid in the car and decided to interrogate him of what happened and was he manage to be in their which the kid eventually open up everything in detail.
The police drove back to where the parent of the kids were in order to return him. They found them with the remaining children which they all crying bitterly.
Police: Goodnews great family. We are here to tell you all the return of your lost kid.
Family: They busted to laughter full of joy because their lost glory is back finally
Police: Boy, its time to go back home and experience family re-union
Kid: The boy shouted, dear police, am not going back to that family again because i dont no longer belong there again because they have already sold me out and this has clearly shown that they dont like me from birth because if they do, they won't have easily sold me out cheaply to the robber.
Police: cough.. if that's what you want let's go boy. The boy eventually left with the police in order to save him from unknown future danger.
This story simply tells us how parent steps out suddenly on the fate of their child. Men are bound to disappoint and lose trust in you at any moment in time. Its now left to you to stand alert and stay focus from not being step out. Always expect the good and the rough side of life on your journey to the top. A mentor of mine once told me that " On your way to the top, always wish everyone well and being good to them without holding any grudges against them". Therefore, be ready to take responsibility about everything that comes your way to the top.
