I bought rental property number 22 as some of you know. I posted a little about it the other day, and today I shot a video of it and the area around it. The place is tiny with only 1,100 square feet and 1,250 square foot lot. However, it is a commercial property that should rent for at least $1,500 a month. I bought it for $115,000 with all the kitchen equipment left over from the last owners. It has been a Mexican restaurant for the last 60 years. You can see the video of it below:
