Things that will destroy the real estate market:

  • Natural disasters
  • Excess housing
  • Crime rates
  • Bitcoin

Right now, real estate, especially housing, is considered to be in a bubble. It isn't.

It is in exact harmony with money printing rates.
House prices are a direct result of monetary inflation.

The housing market is not going to pop.
It is about to be destroyed.

The current housing market

The suburban housing market is a mental delusion.

T.H.E.Y. have been working a scheme. Its ends with you owning nothing, and "being happy"

T.H.E.Y. manipulated the world so that people would need to move into cities. And T.H.E.Y. controlled the land that could be used to build houses. T.H.E.Y. got everyone to consider postage stamp lots and ticky-tacky houses as normal, and desirable. T.H.E.Y. limited supply, and encouraged mortgages to keep the price going up.

T.H.E.Y. have gotten you, us, to build a cage, and lock ourselves inside it.

Imagine some-group that builds houses, and creates mortgages. This group is creating both sides of the housing market, and draining you dry. And now, they want to take it to the next level, where T.H.E.Y. don't even pretend to sell you the land. Remember, T.H.E.Y. have all the money currency in the world. (they print it) This is not about money, this is about extracting your life energy. And keeping you from ever rising up against T.H.E.Y..

T.H.E.Y. turned the housing market into what it is today. Soon, only BlackRockStone will be able to "afford" the houses. And will "buy" them all up. (the price is set by who can pay the most. Who can borrow (print) the most money. And that is the banks)

What will happen to the housing market

T.H.E.Y. have sewn their own destruction.

The housing market has to maintain the illusion that houses are:

  • valuable
  • limited
  • owned

T.H.E.Y. are destroying the middle class, not realizing that it is the middle class that keeps houses valuable. When there is no one buy lower class people left in the city, those who upheld the "law" and encouraged order, are gone.

The poor squat in empty houses. Only the middle class would just leave the house empty knowing that "someone" owns it. (respecting property rights)

So, if the banksters make houses expensive, and also remove the middle class, then housing becomes a free for all. Anyone who can leave, leaves. Leaving behind an empty house. That, without a good portion of the population staying lawful, becomes a place someone can will squat.

Bitcoin destroys housing as an investment

The printing of currency (inflation) has made saving cash a losing proposition.
All that currency flooding into the housing market, has made housing prices go up.

Without the inflation, and limiting the supply of houses, the price of houses would drop as they become older and break down. Like used cars.

Bitcoin changes the entire real estate ponzi scheme.
If the banksters cannot inflate the money supply and create mortgages out of nothing, then the value of houses will drop, and drop bigly in bitcoin terms.

And, the biggest thing bitcoin will do is destroy rental properties as a investment.

  1. You will be able to get a higher ROI just parking your bitcoin.
  2. The value of the bitcoin will be going up. The value of the real estate will be going down.
  3. You don't have to keep renters happy and paying.
  4. You don't have to collect rent
  5. You do not need to maintain rental properties

Basically, renting houses becomes a money losing endeavor and a time sink.

And it gets worse as govern-cements implement rent controls and make it impossible to kick out bad tenants.

Investors will be dumping real estate.
The only one who will be buying suburban housing is BlackRockStone

All of this happens before the term "real estate" is completely destroyed.
In the future, owning land will not be a money issue. You can't buy it. It will be about how well you care take the land.

The "king" does not own the land! The rich do not own the land. Land is far too important to be talked about in terms of money.

Horse thieves were hung. People who try to steal land, will be treated worse. And if they try to steal the land through force, there won't even be a trial for their perforated corpse(s)

We are watching the destruction of real estate, and banking, and land domination by force.
