We are living in a society where various kinds of people coexist with us. Some people are good and some people are evil. Instead of it maintaining rule and order in a society is very important and violating those rules means doing crime. And a criminal needs to be punished for their crime activities and it鈥檚 very natural. In fact, the fear of punishment is that many people restrict themselves from doing something illegal or committing any crime. Depending on the crime, they deserve different categories of punishment, and later, they can come back again to live in my life as long as it is not so serious.
Some people think that criminals also deserve a second chance and people can change anytime and that's why rather than punishing criminals, it's better to allow them for rehabilitation and return them back to society. Do you think that they deserve such a chance? I would be happy if it was possible to make every human good, but the truth is that good and evil coexist all the time does not matter how much we try to eliminate, it will not happen. It's true that some people change, and I really appreciate them who can make it happen.
I think such a facility could be applied only to those who commit crimes unintentionally but there is no way that can prove that any crime is done unintentionally. Otherwise, many criminals would take advantage of it, and they would prove that their crimes were unintentional also. In that is the criminal can come out which is not a good thing. And something like that is more evil compared to good, it's better not to have such a facility.
According to my observation most of the crimes were committed intentionally and those criminals were well aware of the punishment but still they choose to commit crime. If they are allowed to come back again to the society after rehabilitation it may sound good like a fairytale. Such kind of action can be ridiculous because if criminals can come back in that way, people will not fear the punishment for the crime. If everyone can come back in that way, it means everyone is allowed to get a second chance and that means every person commits crime at least once and can come back again without receiving any kind of punishment.
If such a thing is allowed to happen then I believe that nobody will be afraid of the punishment and naturally everyone will be fearless. In that way criminal activities will be increased and almost all of them will remain unpunished. So, I believe that every should we punished heart and others should learn lessons from the punishment and fear it knowing the consequences of a crime. So, punishment is very important, and it should not be placed by rehabilitation.
