Laws are made to protect the rights of the general public. Laws were made to control people who want to do something inappropriate according to the rules set by society as well as the country. Instead of it, some people end up violating the laws, and according to the law, they deserve punishment because the law is equal for everyone. Sometimes the person who violated the law feels bad and feels guilty, even if it’s online. Does it mean online people are allowed to judge the person? Or do you think that such kinds of issues should be handled by the authorities who can justify the issue? What do you think?
In the old days Panchayat type things were very popular for judgement in the village but now it’s not so common as most of the people go to the court or police station and in offline it mostly done by the proper authorities and it’s not the issue and I think 
post. But when it comes to online it’s not so simple as the offline. Let’s discuss it.
In social media people are allowed to share their opinion how they want. It’s a space where even introvert type people can share their opinion doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad for others. It’s true that there are laws if anyone says something to humiliate others but tracking everyone online is not so easy. If someone wand to hide their identity and if they are little smart, it’s nearly impossible to track them. So, anyone can say anything to online. Even if they can do it using fake identity but the question still remains that if the people of online can judge the person.
I agree that people are allowed to share their opinions about that, but when it comes to judging I don’t think online folks should be allowed to judge. I believe that on social media people come for entertainment purposes. Very few people in online media think about it seriously. They come and go and they don’t care too much about the life of others, and they don’t think seriously anything usually happens on social media while their comments as well as their judgement can harm others deeply even if they passed the judgement casually without thinking about the situation too much.
Besides there are some crazy folks who feels good criticizing others, and they are doing it proudly because they know that nothing will happen to them even if they hurt others. I think that allowing the people online to judge is equal to leaving the judgement to the general people. If such kind of thing are allowed, then what is the necessity to have law or the system of justice? I think it will be ridiculous if general people judge others instead of doing the thing with a suitable authority with specialist.
