Competition to get in Rich-list intensifies

A new account @voter was found to be active last week on the #pob. With close to 8000 #pob staked, it entered the richlist at 18th Position. Besides this @razackpulo.pob entered the richlist at 41st Position.

Platform was comparatively calm and there were very little action seen in the last week on #pob. However, the richlist was not stable. There were two accounts @minepoly and @edicted which gained 5 positions each.

Summary of the Rich-list Changes

As many as 1883 accounts had zero or close to zero balance in their wallets on 26.07.2021. Last week it was 1808 accounts.

This means as many as 42% of the total accounts have negligible balance.

However, this has improved as last week the total % of zero balance account was 43% of the total.

• 16 out of 50 maintained their ranks as it is, last week it was 18
• 22 Out of 50 saw their positions going down, last week it was 16.
• 10 Out of 50 saw their positions improving, last week it was 13
• 3 Were new entrants to this list.

These changes are indicating that the ranks are not stable any more. @null account is losing its position and once it goes out of the rich-list the total accounts ranked would be 50 again. This week, analysis was performed on 4479 accounts.

Influence of Top 50 POB Holders

Last week when I posted the statistics, there were 867214 POB tokens staked in the #pob power. Out of these 565524 POB power was staked in these 50 accounts.
This week the total POB power locked in the stakes is 917784 and the total power with top 50 rich accounts increased to 589809.
Which means out of the total power staked, top 50 Rich accounts control only 64% of the total power. The staked power of top 50 accounts seems to be stabilizing.

How much POB Power you need ?

In order to be featured in this publication, you need atleast 3000 POB power staked. This amount keeps changing every week, last week it was 2725. This indicates that the competition to get in the rich list has increased significantly.
