Machination of metal
Rendering flakes green
Fall indifferently
Upon pale layer
Pirouetting into cone peculiar
of shimmering viridescence

Igniting
The feeble flame
Growing
With every pull
With each pull
Echoing sorrow
Incandescent desire
Coiling unease
Shrinking
Into the oblivion
Of my yesterday

Not blaze
and resist
I can
I cannot
The spectrum
of my poetry
and love
It colours

Bleached lines
Paralleled
Cylindrical prosperity
Facilitating
The ascending snowflakes
Into the rabbit hole
The tunnel
To my mind
Whispering
Emboldening words
Every trip
Is a good trip

Powdered confidence
Jaws paralysed
Beyond
The vacuum melancholy
Thoughts racing
Towards
The void
Of a bygone morrow
Chasing after
The rabbit
The thrill
Only to be left
Wanting
Longing
Evermore
No more

Not rail
And refuse
I shall
I shall not
The mastery
Of my craft
And perception
It perfects

My vice
My confession
Lay smeared
But clear
Embrace it
I will not
I will
