For the last year one looming question as the game heads into the climax of the story is that the final Archon Tsaritsa still doesn't have the Pyro Gnosis in her collection of all 7 Gnoses. She's meant to collect all of them in order to complete her plan against the final boss of the game. (and fail thus showing us how big of a power gap there is)

In each of the preceding nations in the game, the reason why it was fine for the Archon to lose their Gnosis to the Tsaritsa was that they didn't really need it. They were gods in their own right and the Gnosis was actually a hindrance to the development of the people of their nations. Natlan changed that because the "god" is actually just a human meaning all of her godly power comes from the Gnosis. This was why she couldn't lose it at the end of her Archon Quest because had she, the nation would no longer be protected by a god while still rebuilding. That still shouldn't have changed but the story claims now that she is a god and also doesn't need her Gnosis.

In any event, it's likely the Tsaritsa now has her Gnosis. It's likely that after it was used, Dottore or Pantalone found a way to take it. This means that she didn't play an active role in how her Gnosis was taken from her unlike any of the other gods who planned it out. Venti let Signora steal it from him as he wasn't going to use it and giving it up to the Tsaritsa is a long game he's playing. Zhongli too is playing this game and furthermore set up a deal with the Tsaritsa to freely relinquish his Gnosis in return for her assistance with testing his nation's people to see if they can stand on their own power and also an as yet unrevealed condition. Ei wasn't really involved but that's because Yae's the true ruler of her nation and she freely relinquished Ei's Gnosis as both a way to protect the Traveler who'd been subdued and also to set up a long game for the character Scaramouche, pushing his character development forward. Nahida gave up her Gnosis in order to gain intel about the final boss and to cripple the one taking it from her. Finally Furina gave up her Gnosis in order to return its power back to the Dragon Sovereign who once ruled her nation and had the power to save her people. (also amusing is that Nahida's now the one that was directly involved in the passing of 3 Gnoses, the Pyro one, the Electro one and her own)
