The new Vortex and Windswept effects are also incredible. Vortex is like Genshin's Swirl on steroids! It's so big and lasts a pretty long time. I still wonder though how it'll work going forward. Unlike other Attributes, Vortex seems to only work if you can quickly cause it to absorb another Attribute through Anomaly and to cause its Windswept version of Disorder. If that's the case, all Wind Attribute Agents would have to be Anomaly Agents.
Norma shows us that this game's devs really come up with anything. She is our first character to set up turrets that stay on the arena even after the attack. In practice of course it doesn't really do anything different. She's a Stun Agent so all her attacks are there to quickly accumulate Daze. But this game's attack styles are all very unique and interesting.
In terms of story, the ESD was pretty interesting. It was cool to see how their department works in conjunction with the rest of Roscaelifer's structure and all the politics involved between it and the corporate giant TOPS that heavily influence the city. I will say the resolution came a little too quickly. The way they set it up, there was some serious misunderstandings between their department and the Bangboo. But then all it took was one adventure related to the timely attack by brand new enemies and then a side project to convince all the Bangboo to change their minds so by the time of the next event, everybody was friendly already. This may have happened because the devs have a limited amount of time to tell this year's story.
In between Velina and Norma's banners, I added in one of Cissia's Trust Events and Miyabi showing off her new outfit in one of the previous patch's small events. They were cute.
But anyway, looking even more forward to v3.1 when the next Void Hunter releases. Remielle is looking to be very impressive and I can't wait to see how she plays. What about you guys? Did you go for Velina? Norma? Or are you waiting on Remielle too? Or maybe Sigrid?
