Charlotte's on this banner and she's just in the best company. I mean you've got the mysterious frosty sister of a church who doubles as an assassin and hangs out on a frozen mountain. You've got a celebrated soldier of the Snezhnayan military who went by the name Mr. Door in a dream sequence. You've got the scientist he's assigned to to keep on track. This scientist guy has a living scarf and he once etched the Ruler of Death's eye onto his own soul thus rendering him immune to Death's powers. And finally if that wasn't enough you have a 500 year old actress who had been playing goddess all that time and it turns out she really was said goddess just she didn't know and it was actually done on purpose by her own divine powers as a plan against her nation's prophesied destruction. Our little journalist friend has so many interviews to conduct and articles to write.
Speaking in in-game terms though, I'd say the rare characters are really good this time. Mitya can double as either passive damage or DPS and his attacks trigger the new Stellar Conduct reaction which deals heavy damage. Meanwhile Furina is a classic. She doubles as passive damage and the best healer in the game. Both of these guys can be used in conjunction with other passive dealers like Odette and Mavuika for even more damage while both Mavuika and Mitya can be switched over to play DPS for the team when needed.
