While driving Michael's vintage car as Franklin, Simeon called to angrily fire him over the previous incident. I then drove through Los Santos to the beach, parked near the shore, and followed a lady taking photos until she walked into the ocean. I ended my session watching the sunset.
After coming out of Michael's house, I got into the vintage car I had left parked there during my last session as Michael. Now, I was taking it for a spin as Franklin. Out of nowhere, Simeon called my phone, reminding me that he used to view Franklin like a son.
He expressed his anger over how things went down with Michael, but Franklin countered that he had a gun held directly to his head. After yelling at Franklin over the line, Simeon hung up abruptly, signaling the official end of Franklin's employment at the dealership.
With no job to worry about, I decided to drive around the beautiful city of Los Santos, doing my best to navigate the streets smoothly without crashing into anything.
Along the way, I witnessed a truck slam into another vehicle ahead of me, though the drivers sped off right as I reached the scene.
My plan was to head down to the beach, so I navigated toward the coastline and pulled the vintage car into a nearby parking lot.
I stepped out of the vehicle and began walking around the area. I noticed a lady who had parked her van nearby, seemingly trying to snap some photos of the evening sky.
When I walked up close and started staring at her, she abruptly turned and walked away toward the sand. I decided to follow her across the beach to see where she was heading to.
Plenty of people were gathered along the shore enjoying the sunset. The lady picked up her pace, walking fast across the sand, but I kept following right behind her.
When I closed the distance again, she turned around and stared at me as if I were an alien standing on the beach. It was amusing to mess with an NPC in a virtual setting like this.
My persistence eventually drove her to walk straight into the ocean water just to get away from me. At that point, I decided to give up the chase.
I stood along the edge of the water, took in the final minutes of the sunset, and wrapped up my gameplay for the day. Sunset and sunrise in this game are still beautiful comparing to a lot of modern games.
