A friend was telling me recently that the wife of his boss was threatening the man with a divorce. Although they've been having troubles in the marriage for a while, but somehow they've continued to find ways to endure and tolerate each other.

For the man, the lady mistakenly got pregnant, infact he made two ladies pregnant at the same time, then decided to go for the first because she was helping him in his business and the other was probably just a casual bed mate, with no immediate skills to help him build his busines.

So he did what felt right: married the first lady who was skilled with building his business while giving money to the other lady to get an abortion.

But from the story the "skill-less" lady loved him more, but the other lady was more of a business relationship that got romantic, and since the man wanted to expand his business, he felt married a business oriented lady, (who was already pregnant for him because they were having an affair on the job) would help him expand the business.

Well he was right, they did expand the business after they got married in court, but the troubles started when the lady had their first child.

Apparently she didn't love him as much, according to what I heard, the Lady was already getting older, and her biological clock was really moving, secondly, the guy had prospects and money, and third reasons, she probably had attitude issues and she hasn't had a lot of luck with previous men in the past.

So it was all a calculated move to some extent, to the guy, he was getting free sex, to the lady, she was sizing him up, knows she would likely pin him with the pregnancy, made herself indispensable to him and her plans worked ridiculously well.

In the relationship the guy thought he was the player, but the lady was the dark knight in the game. So it wasn't really love, just two people who had sinister reasons for going into a sexual relationship.

Unfortunately the marriage started getting physical, they started exchanging blows, lady picks up the kids and leaves home, comes back a few months later and threatened divorce on the ground that she's probably going to get 50% of the property of the man.

It's a sad situation though, and make no mistake marriage is not the same as a casual sexual relationship, why my faith is strictly against the latter.

I think it's even crazier to go into marriage simply because the supposed partner is good in business, it's clearly stupid, and while a lot of men has been in situations where sex leads them to marriage or painful commitments, dealing with horrible people or women can be very painful and really sad.

As someone who has experienced emotional abuse as a result of the wrong marriage or union, I think this generation is becoming to woke to go into marriage simply because of love. Personally, I've met women like this, and I've been lucky to have not been their victims.

While I honestly don't even have any money, perhaps it's people with money and property who can actually narrate what the situation looks like, but if there's something I won't do, it's to actually go into a marriage situation, because of something as unimportant as business affiliation.

Well I'm not completely saying business or money isn't important, it's very important and the money is what actually keeps a union going, but honestly marriage is just too big of a union to be shallow minded about, and this is probably one of the reason why they can't stay together, because it was definitely not a union that happened for the right reasons.
