Coffee at breakfast

I always accept with great pleasure an invitation to visit a new place, I enjoy experiencing new sensations. So when I found out that I was going to enjoy breakfast with friends at the Med restaurant, I was already sure that a delicious day was ahead.

That morning I woke up early before the alarm went off, I think it happens to most of us when we are excited by some activity of the day. We want to advance the hands of the clock with our own hands.
The restaurant's decoration is sober but with a touch of elegance. I believe that the color white provides an air of cleanliness, spaciousness and clarity in spaces, and especially in those dedicated to gastronomy, which must convey neatness to feel totally confident. I liked arriving and seeing that they had a separate table with 6 seats for us, attentive and professional staff makes the difference in any commercial establishment.

From my opinion, in most restaurants, as it was in this one, an excellent service is provided with respect to the dishes and the different preparation techniques, but this is not always the case with the coffee service, which as it is not the star product of the place does not always have the same level of prominence in terms of quality.

As is my custom, since I arrived I was looking for a coffee maker, thermos or some container that would indicate to me that I could enjoy my morning cup without worries. Those first sips are the fuel I need to face the day with energy and strength. And to my satisfaction: I found it!!!

In the restaurant they serve coffee in much larger cups than those usually used for this type of service in other places, which seemed perfect to me. At that time I was already needing it in greater proportions. And to my surprise it was delicious: very black and strong, and I added a pinch of white sugar to sweeten it slightly.
