I finally took a walk in the park yesterday, for the first time since lockdown began for my state.

While I won't be doing it again for a long while, since apparently everyone in town had the same idea and it was impossible to stay 6 feet (or even 3 feet) apart the entire time, I did get to enjoy some wonderful nature.

I also encountered this amazing art piece.

This is a man-made beehive!

You can't see it from this distance, but the following shots reveal the tiny little cubbies created for the bees to enjoy some private bee activity in.

A bee actually went inside one while I was snapping photos, but he was too fast for me. Nice to see nature has embraced it though, and that it's actually getting some use.

Have you ever seen any mergers of art and nature like this, particularly that is also functional?
