Hi, guys!
I'm starting to make some progress with my new approach to scheduling. Right now, due to supply disruptions and a missile strike on my warehouse, I don't have access to 70 percent of the medications I need, so I have to monitor my condition very closely, God forbid, for it to deteriorate. So, overexerting myself with work is out of the question; I'm taking it easy and slowly.
I have eight commercials to shoot today, but I know I won't be able to do that many, so I'll just shoot while I have time and I'm not tired. A consistent approach is key here.
Yesterday, I finally started walking the dogs; the weather is nice, so today, before I start work, I'm planning to take them for a short walk.
It's really cool that their collars now match their sweaters. I didn't plan it; I guess it's just my inner sense of style. So my girls look great, and most importantly, I'm starting to look better too, not so tired and puffy.
Last month, my diet progress was two kilos in 11 days, so now I'm hoping to lose another five in the first month of spring. After that, I'll have another fifteen left to lose to my ideal shape. I hope I can do it. I've been a bit overindulgent on sweets for two days now, but that's probably because my period is coming soon. It should be easier from here on out.
So, I'm finishing my coffee and taking the girls for a walk.
Have a great day, everyone!
