Hi, guys!
I still can't seem to get my daily routine properly sorted out. It seems my body is demanding a chance to catch up on sleep after three months of running around like crazy. That’s hardly surprising; after such a long period of constant stress, my body simply stopped trusting me and now wants to take a radical break without asking for my opinion. So, I’m just letting myself sleep as much as possible—which probably isn't a bad thing. I’m enjoying the chance to sleep peacefully while trying to go to bed earlier so I can wake up earlier, too; I want to start hitting the gym in the mornings, but right now, I just can't drag myself out of bed.
I’m hoping that in a couple of days, getting up will get easier; once I’ve caught up on a minimum amount of sleep, rising should feel a bit less of a struggle. For now, I’m simply not denying myself extra sleep whenever I get the chance.
Things are taking their course. My energy levels are low right now, but I’ve gotten used to these fluctuations and know I need to take them in stride. So, I’ll rest up now and return to active work with renewed energy later—it’s all good.
Right now, I’m mostly reading and working on my book, though I really need to add a bunch of other activities to the mix. But that’s okay; they can wait a little while.
Have a great day, everyone!
