I was suddenly invited to moderate an event this weekend.
To be honest, I'm a little nervous; it was a complete surprise, but I agreed anyway, and now I have incredibly little time to prepare. I'm confident I'll do well, and everything will be super cool and interesting, and I'll be invited to more events like this.
This is my first time, so I need to prepare well, focus well, and win everyone over. I have some teaching experience, so I'm confident I'll do well. I'll be talking with the author of the book, asking questions along the way, and getting interested in the plot. I think everything should go perfectly.
I've never hosted an event like this before; this will be my first time, but I'm confident it will go perfectly. So, I'll spend Friday preparing, and then Saturday is my debut, and I hope everything will be fantastic. I didn't expect to suddenly have so many events this month. There weren't supposed to be so many, but suddenly there were several times more than I expected.
So now I need to focus and prepare for it all.
I think I'll succeed.
I've been waiting for this opportunity for a long time. Now I have it, and I need to take full advantage of it.
