Hi, guys!
Finally, the first stage is behind me. I had surgery yesterday morning, and today I'm already frantically trying to recover. Everything hurts so much, I already regret having the surgery in the first place, but at the same time, it's clear that I couldn't have done it. So now I'm waiting for the pain to subside at least a little, because right now, every movement is excruciatingly painful. I hope it won't last long, because living like this is, to put it mildly, unpleasant.
Now, of course, I'll immediately get back to work on the text; it's been sitting there without me for a whole day, and I think it's already missed me. So, I'd better get back to work, or at least to editing. I still have no ideas for how to write the bridge, but I think I'll have some soon, and I'll finally be able to do it.
In the coming days, I plan to do exclusively what I want, because I've definitely earned a rest. After all, I'm barely moving, so what kind of work expectations are we even talking about? So I'll be staying home with the dogs and recovering, not rushing around on work errands. After all, there has to be something that can knock me off my game, and it's finally happened.
The only thing I really want is for the pain to subside, at least in my shoulders. It's really hard to sleep, I can't turn over. But I'll have to endure it.
Have a great day, everyone!
