Hi, guys!
Today is my last day of total creative sabbatical; it's time to get back to work. Of course, I don't like it at all, but I have no choice. I'll have to endure it and adjust to the fact that now I'll have to spend time on something other than the book. Well, I'll have to come to terms with it, because ultimately, I've wasted too much time on the blog to just give up. No big deal, I'll set aside a fixed amount of time each day and do my work. Little by little, things will improve, the videos will continue to come out, and everything will get back on track.
So now I just need to find a way to keep things moving without distracting me too much from the writing. Besides that, I'm naturally completely absorbed in working on my Dark Tower. Yesterday I made myself a visual board, and I absolutely love it. It turned out really cool and rich. Now I need to create concepts for the other characters, because, really, I'm just getting started. I have a huge universe, hundreds of characters, and I need to print them all out, and come up with a backstory for each one. There's a huge amount of work ahead, but I'm mentally prepared for it.
The fact that I even managed to come up with such a dense, rich universe is simply incredible. And now I can write it from anywhere, moving between chapters, and it gives me a thrill. It's incredible.
But I need to ground myself a little. So now I'm paying a little attention to real life and the work I have to do in it. I don't want to, but there's nothing I can do about it; I have to. I just have to; there are no other options. Now I also need to quickly run to the store and buy some photo paper. I wasn't able to print all the characters yesterday.
So have a great day everyone, and I'm off to work!
