Hi, guys!
So it's been almost a week since we got home. The first excitement has passed, and now I'm thinking about how to live on, and little by little I return my usual activities to life, one after another.
Yesterday a not-too-comfortable thought came into my head. It seems that I have so many of these very activities that I do not have time to really enjoy any of them. In fact, I have only four musical instruments, and music is not even my main specialty. So far, I can't figure out how to solve this problem, because in any case, every business requires regular practice, and doing something for one hour a week, it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to achieve good results.
The problem is that I don’t want to give up any of the classes. Intellectually, I understand that there are too many of them, and they simply cannot fit in one person, but when it comes down to it ..
In a word, the only option that I have come up with so far is to change the attitude towards the process. Usually I scold myself very much if I didn’t have time to do something, or I didn’t have enough strength for something. that is, I act as if my hobbies have deadlines, as if they were my job. It's like it's a marathon with a very specific finish, rather than a journey that goes on and on and on which you have to enjoy.
Naturally, I didn’t manage to do it right away, as I came up with. But the settings in the head do not change at the snap of a finger, it takes time to tune in to a new kind of thinking. And perhaps I will give myself this time.
